Due to the exclusivity, made to measure nature of each design, no exchanges or refunds are offered on any PRE-ORDER items. AVYAANA takes great pride in ensuring your order is fulfilled without any faults. In order to ensure high quality in all our pieces, all orders are subject to a 4 stage quality control check.
We offer a free of charge minor alteration service (excluding postage), please contact us for more information. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on scarves.
