Please refer to our size chart to ensure you order the correct size, in exceptional circumstances should your order not fit well, we are more than happy to offer an exchange in size or store credit.  WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. All outlet pieces and discontinued pieces are final sale, they are strictly non-refundable. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on hijabs/scares. We do not offer returns or exchanges on made to measure pieces or pre-order items. We will not allow exchange more than once. 
In order to qualify for an exchange please ensure your product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, they are unworn and without odour or perfume and are not damaged or marked. Faulty Item claims cannot be made after 48 hours upon receiving the order. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. 

Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorisation request from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing with your order number and the reason for exchange. All exchange items are subject to availability and cannot be reserved. If an exchange is authorised by our team please allow up to 10 days for an exchange process completion.

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
