When ordering ready made pieces, please allow 24 hours for your order to be packed before it is shipped out. Orders placed after 2:30 PM GMT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed as they would have been processed by our team.

A tracking number will be provided for all orders once they have been shipped, customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information. Customers must notify us via email at order@avyaana.com within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery issues or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

UK DELIVERY
All  UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail or DHL. Please note that during seasonal periods delivery time frames depend on your chosen couriers working hours. Please select your preferred delivery method at the checkout.

EUROPE DELIVERY
EU Customs & Tax Free Shipping: All EU Customs & Tax free shipping method will be delivered approximately 5-10 working days after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival. You will not be charged local customs and tax fees when selecting this method of shipment.

DHL Express Shipping: All DHL Express Delivery orders will be delivered approximately 2-3 working day after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival. You will be charged local customs and tax fees when selecting this method of shipment.

US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders are delivered using DHL Express. All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders will be delivered approximately 4-5 working days upon completion of order production. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.
Please note AVYAANA provides tracking details for all international order shipped. We expect customers to use tracking to ensure completed delivery. Customers may be liable to additional shipping fees after the 2nd failed attempt of delivery to the customer.

 

GCC DELIVERY 

We offer free delivery to all GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Delivery to all GCC countries are shipped via DHL Express. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

Orders delivered to Riyadh will be fulfilled via local hand delivery, please ensure you provide the correct phone number so that the courier can contact you when your order is ready for delivery.

Please note AVYAANA does not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance as this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to AVYAANA you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.

Shipping related codes/promotions cannot be applied or combined whilst sales, special offers, promotions or other codes are used. Please note that promotional delivery offers advertised on AVYAANA ltd social media pages and website are not applied to international orders. When delivery options apply to international orders, AVYAANA ltd will explicitly mention and make all efforts to ensure international customers are informed of these promotion(s).
